Day 9 after the operation
Pain: 2/10
Swelling: 6/10
Bruising: 6/10
Movement: 5/10
Well the bruises are looking abit better today. I actually slept for a full 5 hour stretch in the night but woke up with my knee VERY stiff and took a while to straighten it up again.
There feels like a wide elastic band around the part of my thigh about 6″ up from my knee and I would ask to have it loosened if there really was one there as it’s quite uncomfortable.
